While our Rates have not changed recently, we’ve adjusted our pricing structure and layout to more appropriately reflect what 1 on 1 Personal Training is, and should be. ** ROUND 4 OF OUR SUMMER GROUP RIPS STARTS THIS UPCOMING TUESDAY, 7/17, AND ALL THE DETAILS FROM BELOW ARE THE SAME. WHILE THIS IS NOT PART OF OUR TRADITIONAL CORE BUSINESS, IT’S THE MOST COST EFFECTIVE WAY TO GET AN EXCELLENT WORKOUT AT SNF FITNESS!! THIS CAMP IS BEST SUITED FOR BEGINNERS THROUGH INTERMEDIATES, AND CLASS SIZE IS NICE AND SMALL!! WE HAD A GREAT FIRST MONTH WITH THIS PROGRAM, ADDING PARTICPANTS WEEKLY, AND ALREADY EARNING OUR FIRST PERSONAL TRAINING CLIENT. SPRING GROUP RIP:
Description: Our new Group Rip offering will be an excellent combination of TRX/Suspension style Training, Plyometric work, Kettlebell work, and Core-specific Training in each and every Rip. The TRX/Suspension work will strengthen and challenge the upper half of your body, our Plyometric drills will shred and fatigue the lower half of your body, and our Core-specific exercises (with equipment and gear that can ONLY be found in our facility), will make it difficult to laugh the next day. In brief, you’ll be getting a very thorough FULL body workout, SNF style.
Pricing: $80/month for UNLIMITED Rips. If you’re a trooper and make all 12+ offered each month, you’re looking at LESS than $7/Rip! (compare that to Crossfit 3x per week group offerings that are at least $15/class). Dues are billed on the 15th of every month (Cash/Check/CC accepted). Space is limited b/c of our size, so when we get a good buy-in of committed regulars, we absolutely WILL be capping memberships.
