‘GROUP RIPS’ – NEW Training Option @ SNF Fitness!!

SNF Fitness has just formally released our ‘Group Rips’  program as one of our new Training options. 
The ‘perfect balance’ between small group work, and one on one Personal Training.

What are ‘Group Rips’ ??? – Well first, they are NOT public boot camps nor to be considered boot camps in general. ‘Group Rips’ are PRIVATE, Small Group Training with targets of 3-5 Clients per ‘Rip’. This gives a terrific 1:4 or 1:5 MAX ratio of Trainer to Client. Group Rips are designed for Clients that may not need, or be able to afford one on one Personal Training, but still want the attention and focus of a Certified Trainer directing their workouts. Participants of Group Rips are all in search of VERY similar goals, and are of similar fitness levels. Group Rips are 45 minutes in duration, include a dynamic warmup/static cool down stretch, and follow a pattern & structure each week that is designed and is directed by your Trainer.
