CLIENT SUCCESS STORY – VICTOR C – QUINCY

Vic is a Client that I worked 1 on 1 Training Sessions with from June 25th to September 23rd of this year. Since then, he has gone on a version of my Virtual Trainer Program where he’s working out on his own now with a parter, while I both write and change his Workouts roughly every 3-4 weeks. Vic was, and is, one of my MOST DEVOTED and FOCUSED Clients. Vic came to me with a “muscle building problem” and told his tale about various programs and workout options he had gone through with minimal success. While he aggressively hit the gym and put 100% effort into everything he did, I advised him of some of the faults he was making, mostly related to choosing appropriate programs, exercises, weights, and reps. Together we devised a plan, and I wrote(and participated in) a 3-month Strength and Muscle Building Program for him. We worked out together 3x per week, totaling 36 1 on 1 Sessions, and he completed my ‘off day’ work an additional 2x per week. He also cleaned up his nutrition and supplemented with high calorie whey-protein products. In the time that Vic and I put in, his strength gains were EXCELLENT and he packed on 10+ solid pounds on lean, VISIBLE muscle!

Now one thing I can assure you of is that this was NOT easy for Vic and he’s not an “overnight” success story. Vic is an example of someone who put their faith in my workout guidance, accepted what he had to do, and DILIGENTLY followed my instruction each and every week. By doing so, he chipped away at his past plateaus and failures and saw progress and gains in his physique. Vic is also an excellent example of someone who puts in the necessary TIME each and every week. Over the 3 months and 36 Sessions we worked out together, I can only remember Vic canceling but then rescheduling an appointment maybe once. Trust me when I say that is very rare!

At the conclusion of our 1 on 1 Training before he moved onto the Virtual Training option, he asked me if I would like him to put a testimonial in writing because he was happy with what he had invested in. My whole life I have been what you would consider skinny…I am one of those people who can eat and eat and never get fat. While that often is seen as a positive, it is EXTREMELY hard for me to gain muscle weight as well. I weighed 140lbs my whole adult life…if overweight people can be ‘fad dieters’ I was definitely a ‘fad exerciser.’ I had been working out with gym trainers, I did P90X, I tried everything to gain some muscle weight to no avail. Almost all of these workouts promised this or that and none delivered results. I had even been told by a trainer at a gym that it was impossible to gain more than five pounds of muscle in a year.

I met with Steve in late June 2009 and worked with him to late September 2009. In those three months I didn’t work out any more than I was used to…I slightly tweaked my eating habits per his recommendation, did EXACTLY as he instructed both during our Sessions and on my “off days,” and at the end of my time with Steve I gained 10 solid pounds of muscle…no crazy expensive supplements or other questionable methods required, just hard work and dedication. So what did Steve do that no one else had done? I would love to say he had some crazy solution that will revolutionize fitness, but all he did was listen to my past issues, and designed a custom plan for me to gain weight and pushed me to reach my goals. That is it, that is why the gimmicks and the fad exercise plans do not work for everyone, because everyone’s body is different. If you want serious results you need a smart tenacious Trainer in your corner, you are not going to find it in a chain gym where they work for commission…all you are is another paycheck who has no idea that they are not really doing anything different with you that they do with all their clients. You are not going to find it pre-packaged fitness plans that are designed for the masses. You need Steve. NEW CLIENT – BLNPA FIGURE COMPETITOR – JENN P

One of my newest Clients is Jenn P. Jenn has hired me via my “Virtual Trainer Program” ( http://www.snf-fitness.com/detailed-service-offerings/ ) to aide her in getting into competition ready shape for an upcoming BLNPA Figure Show on October 17th of this year. Jenn had previously competed in their April 11th show.


Jenn is clearly already an advanced level Client and is looking for a unique Workout to perform in conjuncture with her weekly fitness routines. Per the  Virtual Trainer Program(VTP), I have written Jenn a 12-Week Program that she’ll get modified slightly every 4 weeks. I am in constant email/text support with her throughout the week, and we follow up via phone or in-person meeting once per week to talk about her progress and/or questions about the exercises.


Jenn’s next 12-Week Fitness Regimen is as follows:
