 Jay Thebado – Personal Trainer

Jay has been training full-time since April 2012. He is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, and also received a Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing from UMASS-Lowell. He plans to become a Corrective Exercise Specialist through NASM in early 2013. He has an eclectic mix of clients ranging from ages 20 to 73.

Jay’s main goal is to improve quality of life, both physically and mentally. He is very passionate about his Clients’ progress, and continues to educate himself every day to reach his full potential as a Personal Trainer. In his short time Training professionally, he has seen amazing transformations in his Clients. He wants to reach out to as many people as he can to let them know change is possible.

Chris Christodoulou – Personal Trainer

Chris is the newest trainer to join the SNF team. Chris has played Soccer through his youth, Basketball through high school, and participated in everything from Ultimate Frisbee, Flag Football, intramural Basketball, Boxing and a little bit of Brazilian Jiu Jjitsu through his College years. He has attended URI and Bridgewater State University, having earned his Bachelors of Science with a concentration in Exercise Science, Health Fitness and Physical Education. He is currently preparing to take the NSCAs CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist) exam, and is looking to partake in a variety of other certification courses to expand his knowledge base.
