**Our Spring Boot Camp will be completing this Thursday, June 10th. Our Summer Boot Camp is essentially an extension for existing participants who have wished to continue, as well as an opportunity for new interested members to reserve their slot at the reduced prepaid rate. Since our Camp has started, we have been able to change the format and pace each week, as well as integrating new equipment I have purchased recently. *SUMMER BOOT CAMPS*

SNF Fitness will now be extending it’s Spring Boot Camp into the Summer Session. Camps will remain the same, every Tuesday & Thursday evenings, starting at 645pm. Camp will start on Tuesday, June 15th.

(Our Spring Camp ends this upcoming Thursday)

We will be offering the Evening Camp only for the next 4 week block.

Evening Session: TUESDAY, JUNE 15th – 645PM

[This Camp will run every Tues/Thurs evening at 645pm for 4 weeks]


Location

The Fields at 254 Quarry Street (adjacent to The Tirrell Room)

[Backup location, if fields are full any days, will be at the Baseball Fields at the corner of Quarry/Furnace Brook Pkwy]

Camp Cost

$80 for a full 4 Week/8 Session Camp –(Just $10 bucks per Session for prepaid participants)

**I will also be offering a “Bonus Sunday” Session during this 4 week block for all prepaid participants – This will essentially be an extra/free Workout for all prepaid members that we’ll do on a designated Sunday evening per group vote**

What to Expect

These Camps will be a bit different than most Outdoor Boot Camps. Each participant will be completing typical cardiovascular/plyometric/body-weight style exercises like most Camps, as well as having the opportunity to utilize both the Real Weight & Functional Equipment we travel with. Equipment brought to each Camp may include: light dumbbells, kettle bells, pushup bars, Superbands, JC bands, agility ladder, agility cones, banana steps, medicine balls and more. Also, because of the way we’ll time each round, and set up our equipment in ‘Circular Stations,’ these Camps will be effective for ALL fitness levels.
