SO FOR ANYONE PLANNING TO DO A “WALK-IN” SESSION, PLAN FOR THE 645-745P TIME BLOCK. ***CAMP HAS BEEN GOING GREAT! WE’VE HAD BIG GROUPS LAST FEW SESSIONS AND WE’RE CONSTANTLY CHANGING UP THE FORMAT AND EXERCISES TO KEEP IT FRESH!***

*SPRING BOOT CAMPS*

SNF Fitness will once again be offering Spring Boot Camps starting this month.

We will be offering the Evening Camp only for the next 6 week block.

Start Dates

Evening Session: TUESDAY, MAY 4TH – 630PM

[This Camp will run every Tues/Thurs evening at 630pm for 6 weeks]


Location

The Fields at 254 Quarry Street (adjacent to The Tirrell Room)

[Backup location, if fields are full any days, will be at the Baseball Fields at the corner of Quarry/Furnace Brook Pkwy]

Camp Cost

$110 for a full 6 Week/12 Session Camp

(Just about $9 bucks per Session!)

What to Expect

These Camps will be a bit different than most Outdoor Boot Camps. Each participant will be completing typical cardiovascular/plyometric/body-weight style exercises like most Camps, as well as having the opportunity to utilize both the Real Weight & Functional Equipment we travel with. Equipment brought to each Camp may include: light dumbbells, kettle bells, pushup bars, Superbands, JC bands, agility ladder, agility cones, banana steps, medicine balls and more. Also, because of the way we’ll time each round, and set up our equipment in ‘Circular Stations,’ these Camps will be effective for ALL fitness levels.
